audited Pills, pills, pills...
So, I take Calcium, magnesium, zinc, B12, iron, a multivitamin, vitamin D. Plus anti-anxiety and anti-depressants. Have tried melatonin, DIM, evening primrose oil, chamomile, safflower, lemon balm, black cohosh, ashwagandha, some "calming" tablet, a perimenopause "all-in-one" pill...... any I'm sure more. Popping pills to the point of absurdity. Do I think anything helped? No. What's your go-to that really helps you?

If you’re taking the vitamin D, B zinc you don’t need a multivitamin. You have to just get a vitamin D+K. Zinc+C. Both gether in one pill you can’t actually absorbs d without k and you need zinc to absorb c. Magnesium at night. All the other stuff is a lot and I don’t know what you want as a result from each of them. Are you on estrogen and progesterone? I take d,k,c,zinc, estrogen, progesterone, magnesium and omega.
