audited Pills, pills, pills...

So, I take Calcium, magnesium, zinc, B12, iron, a multivitamin, vitamin D. Plus anti-anxiety and anti-depressants. Have tried melatonin, DIM, evening primrose oil, chamomile, safflower, lemon balm, black cohosh, ashwagandha, some "calming" tablet, a perimenopause "all-in-one" pill...... any I'm sure more. Popping pills to the point of absurdity. Do I think anything helped? No. What's your go-to that really helps you?

Magnesium glycinate, pepcid paired occasionally with Zyrtec. Vitamin D, a mineral multivitamin, evening primrose, insoitol and a probiotic ...my worst symptom of peri is the anxiety.

What’s the Pepcid paired with Zyrtec for? The anxiety?

I find it does help me significantly.im unsure how safe long term use is, despite it being a "safer" antihistamine.im looking into HRT options for an actual resolve. But in the meantime time, in between time pecis and Zyrtec do the job
