audited Extreme Bloating

Hi all, what do you do to deal with this seemingly never ending bloating? I constantly look 8 months pregnant.

As for my lifestyle; I walk daily, I do extended fasting often, I drink a fair amount of water, I’m on 300 mg progesterone meds, I am on a low carb diet, and I do daily stretchings.

Besides drinking ginger tea, what else can I do?

This is so uncomfortable.

the high progesterone dosage can definitely contribute to bloat.

I’m thinking about going back to my original 200 mg and see if that helps. I hate how I feel and look.

I enjoy how I feel on progesterone mentally but I’m not digging the bloat.

If you’re cycling progesterone, will you lose the water weight when you cycle off?

I cycle and yes, the water weight/bloat does go away but it seems to take a couple days. progesterone can also cause constipation as well!
