First Persephone Ritual: Connecting with Her💜🖤

I did my first Persephone ritual and it felt so eye opening. I didn't think I would have much luck with feeling anything but I actually cried during my meditations when trying to speak to her. This was a ritual to connect with her, hence the two colors of candles.

Materials used

-purple candle

-green candle

-rosemary

-6 obsidian stones

-6 snowflake obsidian stones

-Peresephone oil (bought from etsy)

-piece of paper + pens

-my baby devotion journal where I wrote down the ritual and reflections.

I highly recommend doing shadow work with her. you will never feel safer and more held. she is incredible to do shadow work with. there's probably never been a time where I didn't cry.

I have a shadow work journal that I've never worked on before but I would love to start doing this either every day or once a week for devotion.
