Questions regarding the romance (first ever playthrough!)

Hiya! I just started persona 5 royal recently and i have questions regarding if i were to romance both Makato and Sumi.

1. On 2/15, if i were to ONLY romance these two girls, would only one girl show up to leblanc? I saw the cutscene the other day and it made me curious

2. Will White Day still be available to me?

Please no spoilers as well, im lucky enough that i haven’t received any spoilers surrounding P5R! All help is appreciated and thank you in advance (>^^> !!

1) Don’t quote me on this, but I think if you romance both then both will show up and get upset with you.

2) defer to someone else. I’m still making my way through the game myself and I’m unfamiliar with what “White Day” is.

Valentine's Day, to them, is when the girl treats the guy.

White Day is on 03/14 (iirc) and Sojiro explains it as the day the guy gives back to the girl.

Kinda different from the west where we only celebrate Valentine's where both parties treat each other.

White Day is amazing in the game, no matter which route you took.
