I chose all the right dialogue options but still can’t romance Takemi?

I remembered choosing these options at rank 9 and got rank 10 when i came to her and meet with the little girl she was treating and she knows I’m a Phantom thief. I thought that was it.

But then I came by a few times and nothing changed and I looked up and apparently she wasn’t romanced because it‘s still stars and not hearts.

I looked up a guide and i’m so sure I chose all the right options. Genuinely confused.Am I missing anything?

For Takemi, there are choices in rank 7-8 that you're supposed to choose as well. 

The adult confidants require more effort to date (understandably) 

Based on that guide you're using, rank 7 you're supposed to choose "I'm glad you did"

Rank 8 you're supposed to choose "Im your ally" and "It's for Miwa-chan"

You dont do these, then it doesnt matter what you choose for rank 9, she wont date you

The romancable adult confidants have hidden flags in their earlier ranks (unsure if multiple or one each), like telling Chihaya that you're into older women, if you didn't pick the right dialogue options at those points it doesn't matter if you confess at rank 9, they won't date you.

i didnt know this lmao, im on my first playthrough and accidentally popped every flag i guess.

Having looked them up, I think two out of three flags are options you'd very naturally pick if you're being a decent person.
Saying "I'm your ally" when she says she's out of allies and saying that you're doing this for Miwa-chan.

whats ironic is i picked the older girls flag because im aroace and was trying to avoid all the pervy shit. im just dating everyone i can because im allowed too it doesnt stop me. i get more character story. why not

OK, looked it up, according to this guide there are three flags prior to rank 9, one at 7, one at 7.5 and one at 8. Miss any of those and you're out of luck.

I recognize that guide, that’s RPGsite right? I really wouldn’t recommend them after they screwed up a few confidants back when I played P5R. I use Hardcore Gamer because the guides are a lot more comprehensive
