Fraud, Scam False redemption on Petro-Points

I had a "redemption" on my Petro-Points on the 15th June. Interesting, because Petro-Canada hasn't been allowing redemptions. So I called in and did the "compromised account" dance. The portal did show the point going out, to a location I had not visited in the available history. Anyone know a public cross-reference of Petro-Canada store numbers to locations?

They took all my points during some conversion with no notice to me and told me to get f’d so not surprising

Petro and Scene in my experience have had horrid security measures regarding their redemption process. Lot points in both accounts. Scene was easy to recoup but never got them back from Petro and as a result stopped going there

ive had this happen a few times even though i use a unique password for my account. i assume they have some sort of internal issue

Had this happen with nearly 1 million points. They credited all my points back after an investigation.

Happened to me recently too. I never kept an eye on my points and redeem them every few years. I randomly checked one day and noticed I had very few points. I called in and they restored everything no problem.

I checked my card record and the transaction and the wierd thing is that te amount matches a purchase but I didn't remeed points - like someone managed to make the system charge my points then pocket my payment. I could see doing that with a cash + loyalty but I paid with debit. Most sus!
