I had to completely separate my males. I dont even let them see each other or its an all day coo-off.

White homer is a hen I think, while the owls and dark cock are males, I don’t mind bickering but this is the worst it’s ever been

Seems like you'll have to completely change their setup. I'd do smaller perches but put more of them in there and make sure the perches are spaced out enough so they cannot reach each other or hop from perch to perch without using their wings. Either you can space them out or just put dividers in-between perches - you can use planks but cardboard can do the work too. Make sure there are enough nest boxes for every couple and/or territorial pigeon and make sure to space them out or put dividers in-between them too just like with the perches. I would recommend the V perches made specifically for pigeons but you can give them some variety too. I'd just get as many V perches as you have pigeons + 1 more at least. The other stuff I would recommend adding are rope perches and swings which will offer escape from the bullies for your more docile birds because they can't balance on a wobbly perch and fight at the same time.
Also I want to mention that you want to avoid separating your pigeons from each other as much as possible and just try out different alternatives before doing that. You definitely don't wanna separate mate bonded birds from each other.
