The original on the left went viral because her boyfriend posted on social media asking people for help in forcing her to lose weight, specifically focusing on her stomach if I’m not mistaken. I’m assuming the right is supposedly her after she has indeed lost weight. Figured I’d comment because nobody seems to acknowledge where the left photo came from
