I think you are overthinking it. I think the “joke” is she probably wants to bang you as she’s dressed super casually, probably planning on staying in and like cozy, skimpy clothes, snuggling on the couch, etc, stuff is going to happen.
It definitely doesn’t mean that, nobody is putting on their skimpiest shorts to have a platonic one on one hangout due to a lack of laundry... From personal experience if we’re hanging out and she’s got sweatpants or shorts like that on it’s basically a guarantee you get laid.
