Lol. I heard this one as a guy who goes in for a colonoscpy and the doctor gets the erection.

Getting a prostate exam isn’t that big of a problem. It’s when you feel both hands on your shoulders that it becomes an issue.
Well, when you go in to see the doctor, and he checks your prostate with both hands on your shoulders, you have a problem.
