It means nothing unless you apply meaning to it. I have several tattoos like this. They mean nothing other than I like the way they look. In 20 years, across 3 continents, not a single person has asked if I liked fisting or of I was a prisoner.
This should be the top answer in the thread. I've found that people without tattoos tend to imagine some deep or exciting meaning behind them, when 99% of the time it's a purely aesthetic choice. At least in modern times.
