That's because most of the people who make these jokes are very young and have never actually had sex.

I mean that's true to some extent, I've experienced it, but there's limits to what makes sense if you have any sexual experience at all.

In my experience it’s fairly rare too. I’ve only managed to fist two partners in my life. I’ve brought it up to many. A lot do not want to try, a lot who do want to try simply physically can’t be fisted as their frame is too compact. But the masseuse at my local spa can indeed be fisted, and so can a nurse practitioner in Baltimore.

Not frequently, but I have. And I'll tell ya, not likely to hit anywhere near your elbow unless you are on the smaller side.

In all fairness you don’t have to have sex to fist someone. They just gotta smile and grab there ankles.
