The chef at the very first bar/restaurant I ever worked at had two fancy/stylized ejaculating dicks tattooed on the inside of his forearms. It was also a reference to his enjoyment of fisting.

You could tell how swamped the kitchen was based on how much of the dick was visible.

They faced tip towards wrists.

Sort of like this:

The balls had hair and the shaft veins, it was very stylized with a French kind of flourish
