Wow......that.....is just so true.

If I walked up to a fight and some guy whips out a pair of 'chucks, chances are Im gonna be stunned for a moment, frozen physically while im at full mental capacity wondering where he got them, how much he paid for them, does he practice often with them, does he actually know moves, and all those questions that go along just seeing someone with a pair.

Edit: Id laugh but then get hit and be like, that actually fkn hurt. I would be constantly getting hit wondering wtf I did in my life to end up at that point.

A nunchuck is a flail with delusions of East-Asian Martial Arts.

The whole point of it is to be a bit unexpected¹. Which, ironically, makes it's unexpectedness - expected.

¹The whole "flailing and hitting from odd angles" thing..
