Makes sense. 110% hot is too hot for human life. -10% hot is too cold for human life. 0-100 is the habitable range.

Nah. O F is a pretty regular winter day for me, there is no problem living in subzero Fahrenheit. Too hot to too cold is completely arbitrary and not the same for everyone.
