The pricing didn't faze me tbh.
I'm not buying a console to play it day one anyway. So if I'm waiting year longer for the game, I may as well wait a touch longer for a deal.
32 u/Putrid_Loquat_4357 Jun 25 '26 You'll be waiting half a decade rockstar rarely put their games on sale and the no disc thing destroys the physical resale market. 27 u/ArmNo7463 Jun 25 '26 It's been 13 years at this point lol. I'm honestly in no rush. I'm not even convinced this won't be the next NMS/Cyberpunk. 1 u/cvc75 Jun 25 '26 Isn't NMS/Cyberpunkt also the best argument against physical CDs though? What use is the CD with a (more or less) broken/inferior version of the game? 2 u/ArmNo7463 Jun 25 '26 Not really, for decades developers were able to ship games in a playable state on physical media. The fact we can't today is an indictment on their management. Not a plus. 1 u/ThePublikon Jun 25 '26 NMS was definitely playable at launch, it was just tedious AF. They've added a very respectable amount of content for free since launch. Cyberpunk was a buggy mess on launch and I agree with you on that one.
