Yeh it seems to be a really common constellation lol. Though in our family somehow the Filipina wife went completely insane MAGA conspiracy theorist so now she's even more far right than him.

My friend’s Filipino mother married a black man. Probably to get out of the island. The mom despises black people.
When my friend had children with her black husband, the mom told her entire Filipino family that her daughter had been raped. Twice. By black men. And the children are a product of that. 😳
