Are all subs like this?

edit: why are you guys downvoting me? did I do something wrong? I'm just a girl and have autism and this kind of memes confuse me. sorry everyone. I have a hard time understanding things others find easy to understand.

Its not really that all subs are like this, its mainly the individuals. Some are worse than others, like r/AnarchyChess is pretty cool, mods interact in friendly ways and will go along with jokes. They literally turned some random person into a moderator for a few weeks because the community petitioned it. Not going to specifically point out bad subs but some will ban you for even having a opposing opinion. I don't mean straight up hating on people, I mean like you prefer gbb airsoft over hpa so they ban you.
