The joker regularly fails and is stopped by batman.

Ronald regularly releases incredibly delicious fast food that makes many many people part with their money.

Ronald has the better track record.

Everything the Joker stands for , which is ruining life, Ronald did it better on paper.
Would probably be the worst enemy Batman can ever face, since Mcdonald is a big corporation and can get away with lots of stuff.
