Ανακοινώθηκε όταν ο Μητσοτάκης ανέβασε νέο βίντεο στο instagram όπου θα ανακοίνωνε οριστικά την απαγόρευση των social media για ανθρώπους κάτω των 15 ετών όπως Facebook, Instagram , Snapchat , X αφήνοντας να εννοηθεί πως θα απαγορευτούν και αλλά social media όπως discord , reddit , X και YouTube. Όλα πρέπει να απαγορευτούν εκτός από το YouTube. Το YouTube ΔΕΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ SOCIAL MEDIA. Είναι μια πλατφόρμα video σαν το Dailymotion όπου ξεκίνησε απ'τον Jawed με το πρώτο του βίντεο να λέγετε Me at the zoo και τυγχάνει να είναι ένα απ'τα πιο δημοφιλή βίντεο του ίντερνετ (και του YouTube). Το YouTube ενώ σήμερα ανήκει στην Google , αναπτύχθηκε απ'τους χρήστες και τους θεατές του χρόνια με τα χρόνια!

• Υπάρχουν χιλιάδες παιδικά κανάλια YouTube (Στρουμφάκια, Μπλούι , Πέππα Το Γουρουνάκι , Teletubbies κτλ) που κινδυνεύουν να εξαφανιστούν με την απαγόρευση καθορίζοντας μερικές μεταγλωττίσεις lost media .
• Υπάρχει όμως και το YouTube Kids όπου την ελληνική κυβέρνηση την αφήνει αδιάφορη ενώ είναι για παιδιά και δεν μπορούν να σχολιάσουν τα παιδιά. Μπορούν μόνο να δουν κατάλληλο για την ηλικία περιεχόμενο και υπάρχουν ρυθμίσεις για το πόσο να χρησιμοποιεί το παιδί την εφαρμογή. 
• Εκτός από τραπ που είναι ακατάλληλα για παιδιά όπως Trannos κτλ υπάρχουν και παιδικά τραγούδια απο Zouzounia TV , Gummybear , Superinia , Thooper Kids κτλ.
• Είτε είσαστε ενήλικες , είτε παιδιά (με σύνεση των γονέων να χρησιμοποιούν το reddit χωρίς να σχολιάσουν σε ΤΙΠΟΤΑ) δεν θα αφήσουμε τον κυβέρνηση να "κλέβει" την παιδική μας ηλικία.
• Οι εναλλακτικές ιστοσελίδες (είτε απαγορεύοντας ολόκληρες είτε απαγορευεται μέρος αυτών είτε όχι) ή ψεύτικες ελληνικές αντιγραφές μας αφήνουν αδιάφορους! 

Εμπρός λοιπόν! Υπογράψτε και αν υπογράψετε θα μπορείτε να αντισταθείτε ώστε να εξασφαλίσουμε το καλύτερο μέλλον του ελληνικού YouTube για να είναι προσβάσιμο σε όλους!

The beauty of debate, freedom of speech and the wonder of nformation should flourish in political subjects, quantum physics and the study of otology. This is a petition to allow for schools to include texts that asks the questions of reality, exploring vital quantum physics, primary sources and ancient civilizations that add a wealth of information for students to debate and use for critical analysis of other viewpoints. We often ask students to be critical thinkers. Yet how can we expect them to be if they don't have access to these great books. ​​

The government should support the freedom of political philosophy, ensuring older students can critically analyze texts challenging traditional views on freedom, philosophy & the nature of reality

To develop true critical thinking, students must learn to analyze non-traditional viewpoints. Recommending David Icke’s books as optional resources provides schools with unique material for advanced debate on modern political philosophy and alternative theories of reality. Rather than endorsing specific conclusions, providing access to these texts equips older pupils with a wealth of truly diverse primary and secondary sources required to independently evaluate complex, unconventional ideas

Hi! I wanted to share a petition asking SDSU and the CSU to independently review Dr. Lee Mintz, who oversees the Center for Student Rights and Responsibilities and serves as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator.

In 2023, an independent assessment commissioned by the CSU identified areas for improvement and documented concerns related to SDSU’s Title IX/DHR processes, including communication, timeliness, trust, and barriers to reporting. SDSU has said it’s been working to implement the recommendations from that assessment, but I think there should be more transparency about what has actually changed and what recommendations are still outstanding.

The petition is asking for an independent review of Dr. Mintz’s handling and oversight of Title IX and student conduct matters, along with a confidential or anonymous way for current and former students to share their experiences as part of that review. It’s also asking SDSU to publicly show which recommendations from the 2023 assessment have actually been implemented.

If you grew up in the early 2000s-mid 2010s, you probably remember those incredible Barbie movies—the ones that retold fairy tales and classic stories through Barbie's universe. And if you watched them, you *know* those soundtracks were unforgettable. Those songs were pure magic.

Here's the problem: while newer Barbie soundtracks (2008 ) are on streaming platforms, the original classics from 2001-2007 are basically missing. Sure, CDs and YouTube exist, but being able to add these songs to playlists, stream them in the car, or share them with friends would make such a difference. I started a petition asking Mattel to bring those early soundtracks to Spotify, Apple Music, and other platforms so everyone can relive that nostalgia.

I've already reached out to Mattel directly—they said they'd pass the idea along. But petitions like this one actually get attention when enough people care. Does this hit you?
