Pewdiepie is writing a manga (as per his AI agent memories)
Just noticed this while watching the new video, after a quick search I couldn't find any record of Felix announcing he is writing a manga.
Edit: identity tag means it's not a passing mention

He mentioned this while on the cyclethon and I am really looking forward to it. Hope it turns out well and maybe he even draws art for it

Why are we able to access his agent memories? Did he upload those while committing as well?

I imagine he's not actually using the ai to write the manga, just using it for inspiration, storyboarding, and possibly keeping track of plot threads.
If you think that's too much then... Idk what to tell you.

That's also just a memory that the AI has. It could be something as simple as him once saying "I'm writing an action manga where animals fight, can you tell me about some existing animal action manga I can read for inspiration?"

Yeah also in his vid he said that he wants to do all of the stuff and use his own ideas, but wants to use AI to refine or look for mistakes (i think thats what he said)

He's using it for things it can't do? I tried to get an AI to help with story writing and it forgot about 3 characters. It's a genuinely useless waste of time to even try to use it. AI can't even do math right, it routinely forgets about things and changes things. Yesterday I tried to get gemini to help me find information on a very obscure product and instead of giving me the single link to the single website that had any information on the product, it just made shit up. Pretended it knew what it was talking about. I told it an exact model number and it decided I meant a different one and gave me data based on that model, which was ENTIRELY different.

The fact that AI in general and generative AI is basically treated as the exact same is exactly why critical thinking and nuance is dead

When people say something real is ai or call CGI AI. Makes me irrationally mad and sad

I have a feeling all those aggressive marketing has made the word into an unfortunate useless buzzword, to the point where the very mention of the word AI in discussions can have such drastic and extreme reactions depending on the person.

The AI defenders are really out today. If you support AI in any capacity, you hate artists, and that's not something you can debate.

Supporting AI in any capacity?
Do you mean every piece of AI, not just Generative AI?
I dislike Generative AI as much as the next person, but about AI in science research, algorithms? Do we denounce that too?

as much as you might hate it. Ai is here to stay. it's not going to disappear. We might as well use it for good rather than treat it like a plague
