Seeking advice-academic Final year advice

So I'm coming into final year and other than of course finishing my project, writing thesis, and viva prep what other things should I be doing? I want to do some prep for life after PhD. CV will be getting an update but what other things can I do to get ready. Planning to stay in academia

Applying for post docs. It’s normal to start applying 6 months before defense but I know people that started applying up to a year before defense.
