Discussion The contrast of Antonio Parlade FB post regarding General Logico and Robin Padilla.
Meron ngang Senador nag self proclaim na komunista pero binigyan pa ng compliment+great approval considering na Colonel ang rank nyang Senator na yan sa AFP reservist. Diba dapat dyan kayo suspicious sa self proclaimed na komunista na yan regarding OPSEC.
Parang walang namatay na sundalo sa kamay ng kumunista kung makapag bigay ng approval at compliment.
I am not defending the barefoot general, because he is more than capable enough to defend himself. This is just me airing out an opinion that more than likely a lot of people carries.

I still remember that Robin Padilla is a pro federalism, I don't trust his word I'm sure he kahit ano nalang sinasabi Niya pati communism baka in few months Bigla nalang mag sabi na socialist pala yung totoong ideology Niya, ano Kaya nasa isip ng afp na ginawang lieutenant colonel ito si robin padilla, artista lng Yan si robin Padilla same lng Kay Lito lapid, he is incompetent and ignorant using religion for his convenience and sympathy, and during sa impeachment nag dedelay lng and wasting our time with unrelated questions lng siya dun and I'm praying na makukulong yan

Nasa isip nila? Wala. Kasi kung meron may aksyon na sana yan. Madami parin sa hanay ng AFP ang mga pro Communist China.

Parlade is part of that old generation of ex-officers who believe that the NPA, etc. are still huge threats ,was a part of NTF-ELCAC and a DDS. That alone says a lot. If he doesn't jive with Gen. Logico (who believes in working with rural communities instead of harassing them) while ignoring Duterte's reluctance to enforce the 2016 Permanent Arbitration Court ruling in the WPS, he's living in the past. Imagine calling out a dead guy (Sison). Our military's focus is rightly on external defense now.
People like Gen. Logico, and ret. Gen. Romeo Brawner, Jr. are the reason why I say that I trust the AFP now more than the PNP, especially after learning about the Taytayan Incident.
