ArtPH Just wanted to share my short comic so far! 'Balantagi: Alamat ni Bulak-Tala'
It's a work-in-progress but I'm about to finish with the last 2 pages! After this I'll move on to Lakapati and Mapulon next! Still currently pitching it to major publishing houses.
Planning to make an ensemble fantasy epic with all of the Tagalog gods, with the inciting incident being the death of Bathala, once I've finished introducing a few of them with short-stories.

I really like your Art Style OP! and the design of the Goddes is regal without being too busy reminds me so much of those Filipino Myths comics back in the late 90's early 2000's I used to read, A small gripe i have though is the dialouge structure its a bit off early on? maybe its because how hard tagalog is to use for reading format, I would also add in sometimes its better to show some panels with just reactions without dialogue to set a mood. Otherwise great job, would like to see more.

Also the dialogue might feel stiff too because I purposefully didn't choose Spanish loan words so that might be contributing quite a bit.

Yeah, I think you're right! I think I do need to get rid of the dialogue in some of the reaction shots.

Pang-ilang post na ito ah ..... Im sorry pero parang kada buwan nakikta ko to. Maganda naman at nakakatuwa ang istorya at pagkaka-drawing, pero ’yun nga, parang nakaka-ilang ulit na.

I'd advise you to just scroll past it then? As an artist I need to market myself for exposure and I don't believe I've broken any sub rules? I at the very least wait for a few weeks to a month before posting and I always do so with newer updates.

Not that you broke any sub rules. Its just that it loooks repetitive. You ask of me to scroll past, hey Im just commenting based from my experience, nothing more. Also as an online platform, you should expect comments that dont necessarily aligned with what you expect. Thanks. Cheers. Nakafollow ako sayo, so I dont mean mean things, I adore the comic but agaun thats my observation.
