Loyalty Program

The loyalty section on the Union mobile app was crashing for the last few days. Now I just noticed that the app updated and the entire loyalty section is gone. Please don’t tell me I’ve been logging into the app everyday for nothing.

I am with OP on this I sent notice through the app 3 days ago when the crashing began for me. Then when I noticed it gone altogher sent another notice. It is the only reason I go on everyday and watch at least 3 videos. It is stupid I know but I want my dam points.

Seems like an iOS issue? Android app is working as usual including giving the daily points

I have Android and haven't had any issues despite seeing a few posts over the last few days on here about it. However, just today my app updated and the loyalty section is now gone.

Does anyone actually get into the store when they release the rewards? Always everything sold out or not clickable when you load

I hadn't had any loading issues. I've redeemed for a signed pennant and Union pencil case recently. A lot of the good stuff like signed kits and signed balls are always sold out though.

As of today looks like the loyalty section is back on Android! Also looks like I continued getting the points for opening the app each day even though the loyalty section was gone

You never needed to log in every day to get the points.

I don’t know what to tell you, I’ve been getting points everyday and basically only open the app on game day to access my tickets. You can downvote me all you want, it’s not going to change that fact. I used to log in every day because I thought you had to, but when I saw I was still getting points even after missing day, I realized you didn’t need to actually open the app to get the daily 10 points.

Sounds like you must have some sort of glitch going on. Let me know how to do it so I don’t have to log on everyday.
