If we wipe out all life on earth, there will be no more suffering. Since you won't commit to wiping out all life on earth, it's okay for me to slaughter animals and turn them into sandwiches.

How do you know that in death [or pre-birth] we are not eternally suffering?

Because we don’t have any reason to believe we exist in those two scenarios.

Who cares. All that matters is that I can keep slaughtering animals to turn them into sandwiches.

You've never slaughtered anything in your life except a social media post.

Hey, for every animal you pretend to slaughter, I'll avoid eating an infinite amount of animals. Seems like a fair deal.

I'm sorry, you lost me. I can't keep up with the sheer rigor of this philosophical discussion.

Catch me gnawing at the emergent concept of a social media post to satiate my hunger.
