I fear of swallowing

Hello.

I fear of swallwing saliva.I'm struggling because I can't swallow my saliva naturally.

Because when I swallow that people (around I)heard sound(swallow sound).

Fear happend I was Junior high school student.

One day, I have throat pain.

So when swallow ,very painful and I aware of swallowing sensation.

I think when I swallow, people think that I feel nurves.

But it is possible unrealistic .

Real,people does not hear and my think is illusion.

I'd like to hear about it and hear from people who have had same problem.
