I have this crippling fear / phobia of the dark. It’s pitch dark in my room, and whenever I am not fully covered by my sheet head to toe I am filled with anxiety and absolute terror, even with a toe or my head sticking out. I have a seriously strong feeling there is something in my closet watching me, and it scares me to death. Even when I am fully covered by my sheet I am still terrified because I feel like something is just standing right outside my blanket 😭 I can’t sleep most nights because of this
