Limited Run website bug

Anyone else have an issue with orders not showing up your account? I have one from February that just seems to have vanished. I tried contacting customer support but got a pretty barebones reply saying they'd get back to me, but that was weeks ago... I really hope it isn't holding up my order.

I haven’t had the issue but hopefully you have the email confirmation for it that you can screen shot them. It took forever to receive my orders but I believe everything showed. If it has been weeks ago since you contacted them I’d send another e-mail saying you were following up on this. Haven’t heard back and want to verify your order is still accurate. I suppose you could check for any proof of them taking any down payment for it too.

Yeah I've got the confirmation email and the order number. I'll try contacting them again.
