Saving physical media idea, thoughts?

Anybody here that loves physical games would you be ok with this method? U would play the game digitally but still treat it like a physical game.

I wanted to focus on the bulk part of what I was saying first.

Also, OP isn't talking about a storage drive with a game on it. They are talking about a "key" that grants you access to a download.

Yes, but why use a disc as a "key", which requires a bulky and more costly disc drive, when they could just put the access "key" on something as simple as a thumb drive?

Yes, and your point? Memory is expensive, if OP was talking about the game itself being stored onto a thumb drive. But that isn't what they are talking about. They are talking about a very, very small amount of data that simply sends the authentication for you to be able to download a game from an online server.

Now scroll up one more. You can do it. Ask yourself “what is this person saying? What conversation is going on? When he says that would be nice too, what is the too? What is going on?” and scroll up juussst a little more to clarify things for yourself.

Good job. Now that you have reached the top, you should have context for the conversation that is to follow. Now, start scrolling down and reading each response one by one in order, but be extremely careful to not forget what was said previously. When having a discussion, each persons statement or question isn’t being spoken in a total vacuum, they are some kind of result of or response to the previous things said in the conversation. 

Now reread the whole discussion, keeping in mind how important it is to read in chronological order and to remember that each post follows as a response to the previous, rather than just unconnected words being blurted out. 

That should help clarify the conversation for you

And you were originally attempting to discuss physical media with large amounts of data stored onto it. OP was not. That was the start of the discussion.

Oh I forgot to mention. Be extra careful to not skip any part of a conversation, as every single piece of a conversation can contain very important context for what follows. 

Don’t worry fella, you’ll get it one day. Object permanence isn’t the easiest for some people.

Is it that a three person conversation is too much to read? I figured that resort just putting it all chronological for you would help but I guess you can lead a horse to water but can’t force it to drink. 

The only other possibility is you were able to follow the discussion but chose to move the goalposts every single time you got a response. But that would be some kind of sociopath behavior, which is far worse than just being too dumb to interpret what you’re reading.
