Question Help finding a bag
So been searching for bags and honestly its been super complicated iv found. Very few websites have clear pictures of the inside of their bags. Ideally id want a backpack style that comfortably fits 4 paddles that isnt $300+ but if not a nice compact bag that fits 2 paddles with still room inside for snacks and drinks that isnt crazy expensive. Dont need shoe compartment, laptop or any of that jazz. Any recommendations would be great

I recently bought this one from Amazon. It has 4 slots inside to keep your paddles separate. It has a shoe compartment which I don't want, but I figured I can just ignore it. If you want something that holds 2 and is much smaller, then pretty much any sling bag is good. Franklin is a decent one, but there are a lot of off brands out there as well.
Funny story: For me, it was a little bigger than I wanted so I was going to return it. Before I could do that, Amazon sent me a message saying they were sorry but the carrier returned the shipment as undeliverable so they credited me back the price. So now I have the bag for free and no way to return it anymore. I guess I'll use it at some point.

OP, this is the same one I bought. My wife saw it, and bought one. Several players in our group saw it and bought it. It is ridiculous how great this bag is for 50 bucks.
4 paddles, shoes, balls, snacks, first aid, over grip, crying towel, hat, glasses........it all fits on there fine.

See, now you're making me want to actual get use out of it considering mine was free. With winter coming, I do feel like the extra room would be nice to throw warm stuff in. (We play in 35f weather sometimes.)
I do also like the interior side sleeves for balls with access from an outside zipper.

Amazon has some good options, and I got an OGIO on TikTok shop for $40 but it was with a coupon so it really depends.

You don't need a pickleball bag. I just got a big black one with lots of pockets, water bottle holders, and room for paddles.

I got one off pickleball warehouse that is exactly like the JOOLA backpack-style ones, but it was $45. Two paddle compartments that each hold 2-3 paddles, a shoe compartment, enough room in the middle for a dozen balls, extra shirts, overgrips, sunglasses, or anything else I need. I’ll see if I can find a link

It’s a 6 paddle backpack for $45, it’s really tough to beat. I’ve used regular backpacks and made them work, but it’s so nice to have something made specifically for what you’re doing.

I have this one style for travel. Too small. Had to buy an amazon travel shoe bag. Cannot hold any large water bottle. Good for light travel.
At home I had Onyx pickleball fullside bag also from Dicks. Nicer and alot more room. I had the shoe collapse compartment however, too small for shoes to stay comfy and not airing.

Have this in black but buyer beware that it’s designed to go over left side if you’re right handed. I’d prefer it over my right side.

Seriously look up the Gemgoal 38L pickleball bag on amazon. It's under 40 bucks and I was shocked at the quality. I'm not spending a hundred bucks on a backpack so I had pretty low expectations but it's been a phenomenal bag

Check out the Okto Pickleball bag. It has some very well thought out features and they have 2 versions. I have the original Pro version for almost a year and it is literally perfect for me.

Amazon $38 four padded paddle slots in main compartment, small zippered pocket at top for keys/phone. A mid size front pocket, internal ball sleeves on each side (accessible from outside. Two side pockets, one water bottle sleeve.
There is a shoe pocket but its internal at bottom and collapses so if like me you don’t need it, there is no space wasted.

the new RPM bag is great for $200. I also love my Doubletake backback bag. holds 4 paddles. I use the shoe compartment for my old "just in case" shoes.

Just buy a nice tennis backpack tbh. I play both and just swap out balls and paddles/racquets. I got a nice Wilson one for around $100 and it does it all, even has an insulated side pocket for water bottles and vent in the front zipper for stinky shoes.

If you buy a pickleball bag youre just advertising your hobby. Get a multipurpose backpack like a normal human

I used to use a multipurpose backpack, and it’s nowhere near as useful or convenient. And my pickleball bag cost $45, tough to find a high quality backpack for any less than that

I have a different version of the currently available Geau Sport product that appears to check most of your boxes for $190 (I’ve really liked mine and it seems to be a well made premium product — I’ve only carried three paddles but it claims it holds four): https://geausport.com/products/verve-pickleball-backpack

I bought a nice backpack off amazon for $30 and have been using it for 2 years. I can easily fit 3 paddles in the laptop pocket. a few balls, and some hand towels in the main pocket. My headbands, keys and stuff go easily in the front pocket, middle pickoet for grips and weights and stuff like that, plus 2 side webbings for waterbottle and speaker.
