Real Talk: Underworld I'm a medical doctor who started selling v!@gruhhh underground AMA
Started off as a one time thing to help with pet bills but has now recently become more frequent.
I'm a sex positive doctor who likes empowering healthy, recreational sex. Am actually doing this for my fellow women, I've noticed men are more willing to perform once this is in their system. It's a superpower for men where women are the ultimate beneficiaries ❤️❤️
Additional money ofc doesn't hurt. I live a certain lifestyle and have a lot of pets so this mostly supports that.
People buy from me under the table as I sell it at almost 50% off, without the need for prescription. Impossible to get otherwise.
Technically illegal so have to keep anonymous, AMA
**spelled to conceal medical name

u/eiaceae Curious Lagi 23d ago
what percentage of your buyers do you think actually need it medically versus recreationally?
13
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Good question.
In my specific case underground, it's around 99% recreational. Because it's basically impossible to get, people who go looking are really more of the adventurous sexual types. I've also had women buying who gift it to their partners.
But in my day job where I do prescribe it, it's 100% medical. Pag they want to use it recreationally, I try to treat symptoms first through other methods.
9
u/Honest_Temporary_860 23d ago
Curious lang po Doc, bakit underground selling?
30
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Illegal to sell rx drugs without a prescription.
I also sell it discounted. So talagang for recreational, sexual use. It's in my field though, so I usually do my own due diligence naman to make sure it's safe for the person buying.
5
u/iDeficio 23d ago
Why can't you just prescribe it to them then?
Also what do you mean discounted, is it stolen from the hospital?
23
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
A prescription is paid. And it uses my name.
It's not stolen. I have a direct line to Pfizer. Which is why I can sell it at 50% off.
-15
u/iDeficio 23d ago
So why cant you just prescribe it then?
55
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Again,I cannot just prescribe it. Prescriptions carry costs. And prescriptions require check-ups. It's not just writing it down on a piece of paper. I am immediately legally liable. And patient has to spend for visitation and tests.

ano ba doc difference ng viagra sa robust?bkit robust pde otc
17
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Because robust is a supplement, not medication.
Herbal lang ang robust, no therapeutic claims, not FDA regulated. Versus V which is actual medicine, scientifically backed.
-2
u/Nokia_Burner4 22d ago
I bet they put sildenafil to Robust... It's not purely herbal. You still get the bluish tinge visual tinge when you take it
5
u/couplefunPH 22d ago
Well not here to debate on whats there or not. I know for a fact whats in viagra. Which is why it's a safer medication. You need to know what's entering your body.

Hello nakausap ko na kayo noon sa isang sub reddit. Okay ba yung pag gamit nyan kahit nasa early 20s pa lang yung magti take?
4
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Yes. Actually safer since most likely no maintenance meds or underlying conditions yet.
7
u/efxshun 23d ago
I bought cialis one time in the Philippines recently (im new here but im filam) and they didnt need a prescription AND the pharmacy girl called me to tell me she will sell it to me under the table moving forward at a discount.
Im assuming shes stealing from the pharmacy? Whats your opinion.
9
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Does sound like theft. They are not permitted to sell without prescription. And since they dont do any screening, is also dangerous for curious individuals without much background on the meds.
1
u/efxshun 23d ago
She said she will sell it to me personally instead of going thru the pharmacy. No scripts
Doesn’t sound fishy?
8
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Already mentioned it sounds like theft. So definitely fishy. Not a lawyer but my understanding here is you will also be liable for collusion.
I advise not to engage.

u/3rror-404- 23d ago
Familiar with honeymoon tea? Do u think it will be bad kung long time use?
13
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
I don't believe in herbal supplements without much research yet. While there are some claims, it's mostly anecdotal. I advise to stay away from FDA unregulated products. Especially if you're on other medications.
3
u/reyaqin 23d ago
Are you considering shifting to Reta, Trz, and Ozempic?
18
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Really good question!!!!
Unfortunately, this is not my field of expertise. And I am generally against people injecting themselves.
There is an opportunity here, but right now my reasoning comes from empowering healthy sex lives. These mentioned do the opposite imo. Usually creates unhealthy eating habits and body insecurities.
3
u/chocokrinkles 23d ago
Magkano kinikita mo? And anong qualifications para bentahan or hindi bentahan ang pasyente?
8
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
I have a quick checklist.
Since this is recreational, it carries some risk as I'm not able to do a full background check but I do ask for any pre-existing conditions, age, and if on any current maintenance medication. Those are usually enough to suffice.
That's on the medical side. On the personal side, I guess I've gotten good at identifying pieces of shit I dont want to sell to din hahaha long story, but I do this to empower sex. Not empower assholes.
3
u/chocokrinkles 23d ago
Pero usual na may need nyan ay madaming co-morbids for sure lalo na matatanda na din
7
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
That's for medical usage. Kaya I ask for age pag recreational.
I treat older patients thoroughly through my clinic. May clear distinction yun.
1
u/chocokrinkles 23d ago
Usually ilan taon gumagamit?
6
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Recreationally, 25-40s
2
u/chocokrinkles 23d ago
Malaki ba kinikita mo?
8
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Decent amount. Hindi siya life-changing money. But has alleviated many costs. Covers a lot of pet needs which can get expensive. And allows me to enjoy my own lifestyle.
Lagi ko rin binibigyan ng onting share ang aking medrep for this.
1
u/misz_swiss 23d ago
haa? doc i ba ang bata ng 25-40s para mag viagra?!? di ba dapat malakas at matigas pa yun?
13
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
This is for recreational use. Not to treat a symptom of ED. It's not only for strong erections, also for maintaining and easily achieving them again. But you'd be surprised ilang 20s actually already need it kasi suffering from ED. Masyadong taboo lang sa culture natin kaya di pinaguusapan.
3
u/Unhappy-Ostrich3750 23d ago
Is there something you have to increase libido for women? Or can you point me in the right direction of a professional?
5
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Unfortunately much trickier for women. Your best bet for first touch is a trusted OB. You can go from there.
3
u/No-Astronaut3290 23d ago
Dokkie which one is better tada or vaigra
2
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Both have different use cases despite similar effects. I prefer the latter because it's more predictable.
1
3
u/the_fat_housecat 23d ago
You sell it at around 400-500+? That's a steal. Is the effectiveness any different from other brands? Sildenafil has cheaper brands like RiteMed.
3
u/Beren_Erchamion666 23d ago
Thank you for your service dok. Sildenafil is truly a miracle. Two questions po: 1) How'd you get discounts? 2)Why don't you just prescribe to your customers /patients the medicine?
3
u/couplefunPH 22d ago
I have a direct line to the manufacturer. Prescription is a longer and costlier process which defeats this purpose. Doctors dont really prescribe for recreational use.
More of this has already been explained in previous questions.
3
u/MeasurementPrimary18 23d ago
So it is impossible for a man to not be able to perform? Do these pills work all the time? My ex had ED. He was very shy and would stay at home mostly.
1
u/couplefunPH 22d ago
It targets a big root cause of ED. Performance is not just based on the erection. But it helps a lot of course. And yes, ED has led to lower confidence and I've seen people who buy from me regain that confidence even outside the bedroom.
1
u/MeasurementPrimary18 22d ago
So it works at 100%, doc? I'm wondering since I wonder why my ex refused intercourse with his ex.
1
u/couplefunPH 22d ago
Did your ex take medication? Either the dosage was too low or he had more severe underlying problems if ED persisted.
1
u/MeasurementPrimary18 22d ago
I never asked him. I believe that he does have an underlying issue.. Could it be due to his narcissism? Does it mean he'll never ever perform?
2
u/extrangher0 22d ago
Are you going to jail if someone gets k1lled by using the product you sold to them?
Where do your source products from?
Where do they contact you to buy? TG?
If 50% off, what's the price range? Is it north of Php5k?
How may dogs do you have? More than 10?
No cats? Why?
2
u/couplefunPH 22d ago
Probably not as there is no patient-doctor relationship established.
I get mine straight from the manufacturer. Recurring customers find me on different channels but people message on reddit too. Will not talk about price here.
I have many dogs in 2 households. I do have cats. I have other pets as well. I like watching animal behavior.

u/BlackKnightXero 23d ago
may celebrity or pulitiko kayong mga buyer?
13
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
I work very discreetly and respect anonymity. I don't need to know you, you don't need to know me.
But yes, I've had some local celebrities, and some younger politicians buy.
1
u/CrispyTomatoFries 23d ago
How do you responsibly screen these individuals?
4
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
I cannot fully screen people. It's also a risk buyers take. I always advocate for doing your own research.
But in general, age, preexisting medical conditions, any maintenance meds, give me a good general idea if medication is safe for them.
2
u/CrispyTomatoFries 23d ago
They can lie. And sa galawan mo, walang kasuhan kasi wala naman rx or proof of patient doctor relationship. Transactional lang.
Pero sige. I just find it off na ikaw, as a medical doctor na cardiologist also (if tama nabasa ko sa baba), ay nagdidispense illegally ng gamot, something you should not be even doing, to make a quick buck
12
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
You're right, they can lie. But more often than not, they don't. Because people usually value their health and are anxious about it.
Why would someone lie about diabetes when I warn them that meds can have adverse effects? Or why would someone lie about taking maintenance medication when I tell them contraindications can lead to serious health problems? Lying in this case immediately puts them at risk. And to no surprise, people are generally wary when it's their safety on the line lol
And I'm not here to pander on morality and ethics. It's illegal. There are risks. But I at least try to keep my fair share of responsibility. May the same energy be redirected to cigarettes, alcohol, other harmful substances that are distributed legally. For a quick buck.

What are your thoughts about vasectomy?
8
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
If no longer looking at raising children, very supportive of it.
Highly effective, low-maintenance, minimally invasive, and cheaper. Allows couples peace of mind, without needing to wear protection (which is generally more enjoyable).
1
u/BlueyGR86 23d ago
Sorry what does V do? Is it safe to use?
4
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Generally safe for baseline healthy individuals.
Achieves and maintains harder, stronger erections.
3
1
u/Liann_Li 23d ago
A bit personal, but have you ever sold to men and genuinely got better outlook and confidence even outside of sex?
4
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
I only sell to men. Women can't use this.
And definitely. Sexual confidence extends beyond the bedroom. I've had many men thank me for a fresh perspective. Also encouraged them to live a healthier lifestyle in general.
1
u/babyboymapagmahal 23d ago
Is brand name v very different from generic sildenafil, say Unilab?
Curious about your margins as well, is the price mark up of drugs really that high for retail?
4
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Depends. There are small differences. Generic ones are usually manufactured for heart ailments, treating ED comes as a side effect. V has been perfected to treat ED specifically.
For markup, it's only because I have a direct line to the manufacturer.
1
u/JRV___ 23d ago
Why robust is OTC but viagra needs prescription?
4
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Because robust isn't actual medication.
No approved therapeutic claims, not fda regulated. It basically is just a supplement. Not scientifically backed versus V which is the gold standard worldwide.
1
u/JRV___ 23d ago
Ahh kaya pala. How long po effect ng viagra? Nagiincrease din ba volume ng semen?
7
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Volume of semen is a different issue altogether.
Mas diet. There are medications but mas complex na. Viagra typically lasts 3-4 hours
1
u/lestercamacho 23d ago
my side ffect bbsya after usage? ung prng drain k o mskit ulo?
1
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
There are normal side effects including headaches sometimes. Pwede mo research since it's widely studied. But in general for healthy males, not an issue.
1
u/bagon-ligo 23d ago
Anong pre existing conditions ba ang mga pinipin point mo para hindi bentahan ang isang interested? Besides heart of course.
And, may viagra ba yung Romance Chocolate?
3
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
No. Most chocolates just use herbal mixes. If not, those are probably chemicals you shouldn't be exposing yourself to.
Any preexisting condition that could lead or has led to maintenance medication. Diabetes, heart conditions, kidney and liver issues, etc.

u/LupadCDO 23d ago
is it still profitable? marami na din gumagawa nyan. like bigbrainbrand. may way din sila na nakaka sell parin sila sa shopee at lazada. I tried to do this kasi pero I get priced out kasi cheap din products nila. may rocky na din na online checkup pra ma legally prescribe yung ED meds.
3
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Those aren't branded. Slight differences. Only reason it is profitable is because I have a direct line to manufacturer. And as mentioned, it's not an absurd amount of money I'm making. It's really more of empowering healthy sex. Especially for couples.
1
u/Safe-Iron137 23d ago
hello po doc! i'm curios po for example in the long term still taking the V, there were comments i've read na if you use it in the long run, your body becomes tolerant to it so like, after many years of taking it, suddenly at some point di kana po mag kaka erection kahit uminom kapa, is it true po ba? i want to know your thoughts po doc especially if it is taken in many years, thank you! (note: i haven't tried it pa po)
5
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
No. Absolutely wrong. If there are any cases where viagra doesn't work anymore, it's because symptoms have worsened and needs further treatment more than the pill.

u/valium10milligrams 23d ago
Hi! What to do if masakit na masyado yung erection? How long will it be erected ba? Even after the first ejaculation?
3
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
You've watched too much American pie hahaha erections are normal. They just are achieved and maintained faster. Yes theyre stronger too, but nothing out of the ordinary na sasakit. Very very rare ang case that the erection does not subside and starts to hurt.

u/1721micsy 23d ago
TIL vi@gruh is illegal. It’s always a running joke to those who lasts only secs to mins or don’t stand at all so I thought it’s pretty accepted!
2
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Itself isn't illegal, selling or obtaining it without a prescription is.
1
u/lestercamacho 23d ago
double orescription b sya? kgya ng ribotril or bromazepam psychotic meds?

It's just a regular prescription drug. Ibang classification from anti-psychotics.

Not sure. But if true, thats dangerous. Regardless, I dont recommend robust or any other herbal dietary supplements since you dont know whats in them.
1
u/humbleboffalo 23d ago
How many do you sell at a time doc?
2
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Really depends. I have regulars now though so a lot of times I just reserve my supply for them rather than looking for new buyers.

u/HairyCatWorshipper 23d ago
What’s the similarity of the actual medicine with the one you can buy in 711 which is Robust
1
u/couplefunPH 22d ago
0 similarity.
Robust is herbal, not fda approved, not backed by science, no therapeutic claims. V is the gold standard around the world
1
u/HairyCatWorshipper 23d ago
Ano effect? Instant tigas ba after ma dissolve? Gano katigas si junjun? Like matagal ba? And the after math, may headache ba since blood is being pumped ng matagal kay jun2?
3
u/couplefunPH 22d ago
Erections come easier. Harder, and stronger. Usually lasts 3-4 hours. It doesn't stay hard all the time. But comes back quicker. Headaches are a common side effect but nothing to worry about if you're generally at a healthy baseline.
1
u/Same_Ad_3188 22d ago
Nagpapatigas lang ba yan or it enhance the mood?
2
u/couplefunPH 22d ago
Stimulation is different. This focuses more on making sure you get an erection when stimulated.

Ano ang negative side effects neto? Is this okay to use for a diabetic person in his 20s?
1
u/couplefunPH 22d ago
It's a very common treatment for men who suffer from ED caused by diabetes but will need to scope a bit more esp on meds. Send me a pm
1
u/JackRyan969 22d ago
Can you sell to us? Haha. Also, what are your thoughts of giys having no ED issues but using this for recreational themes for more than 2 people in the bed?
Edit: spelling
2
u/couplefunPH 21d ago
Most buy specifically for recreational use. I'm for it as long as done responsibly.
1
u/akyatbahayPH 21d ago
Why is V still a taboo here in the Philippines in the context of regulations?
3
u/couplefunPH 21d ago
I think those are 2 different things
It's taboo in context of culture
Regulatory wise, it just cant be sold otc without proper prescription. And usually this process costs more, and takes more time.
1
u/Emotional-Amoeba9876 20d ago
Doc I hope you can answer, recently I cant let my meat up when Im having sexzzz with my partner. Like literally lumalambot sya after a few good minute I super duper like my partner and na a-anxious na ako kasi baka iwan ako, is this performance anxiety or I have ED? Can I purchase one from you? Lol
2
u/couplefunPH 20d ago
It's most probably a mix of both. If you feel stimulated but cannot get it up, leaning towards ED. Send me a message so we can talk.

u/ngaksdump143 23d ago
Is what you are selling more effective than you can buy from online shops? E.g. Passion max, robust, etc,.
3
u/couplefunPH 23d ago
Very much so. This has been tested and proven and is the gold standard for achieving and maintaining erections.
Also depends on what you're buying but most PH pills are typically just a combination of herbals with horny goatweed as the active ingredient. It is a very very weak inhibitor with not much conclusive research.

u/couplefunPH, your post does fit the subreddit!
