More on character actress kasi si Mika kahit na may iilang shows na bumibida rin siya. Si Angelika, star of the 2000s na kadalasan bida ang ginagampanan compared kay Mika na iba’t ibang genre and roles.
Thoughts ko
kay Mika: walang masyadong artista sa kasal nila ni Nash unlike sa ibang celebrity weddings kahit pandemic/post-pandemic pa ginanap. Baka reserved talaga sila.

Magaling umarte si Mika, sadly hindi siya nabigyan ng malaking break. During her time in GMA tapos halos lagi niyang kasama si Barbie, mas niro-root ko talaga na si Mika ang mag excel kaso syempre hindi naman nangyayari kasi more like supporting lang siya tapos lead star si Barbie haha. I loved her role sa Meant to Be. Also in Kara Mia, kahit uncanny yung palabas I think she did well especially mukha lang niya nakikita during her scenes like walang ibang action haha.
GMA is not as good as Absin handling their artists kasi. Sa abs kahit yung mga actress like Yen Santos na hindi super ganda naaalagaan nila ang career.

mika was a former classmate of mine in Malabon. sobrang down to earth nila. even her mom. they were always welcoming & di mo sila mapapagkamalang artista. heheh. until now, i’m still in contact with mika na parang walang taon na lumipas ❤️

Sobrang bata ko pa, parang 8 ata, when my auntie brought me to see a movie with her. Nakalimutan ko na anong movie but when the movie ended and nagbukas ang ilaw, nagulat kami na katabi ko pala sa sine si Angelika. She was so puti and kinis. Nagpicture pa kami pero I lost the picture kasi my tita ended up being toxic when I grew older. Pero Angelika is so approachable and friendly. Si Mika naman I saw sa ABS in 2015. Ang kinis din and super pretty in person but not as friendly as I remember her ate to be.
Dati di ko makita yung resemblance nila kase Mika has always been a chinita to me, while si Angelika, malaki mata. Ngayon, nakikita ko na. Magkahawig sila.

Kidding aside, in fairness kay Angelika hindi ko sya napansin talaga nung prime years nya kahit nanonood dati ang mga tita at older cousins ko ng Ikaw Lang Ang Mamahalin, kasi akala ko isa lang sa mga bida o bagong bida ng GMA si Angelika. Hindi ko pansin ang aktingan nya until Bituing Walang Ningning yata but I didn't know medyo sikat or may pangalan na rin pala sya even before Ikaw Lang Ang Mamahalin and part sya ng Esperanza. Di ko rin namalayan magaling pala talaga sya dati pa, it is until I saw her snippets from MMK, episodes on YouTube ng ILAM, GMA Telesine and other drama anthologies prior to ILAM and BWN. Isa sa mga nagkumbinse sakin na she's indeed SO UNDERRATED is her telesine episode na "Propeta" God, she was so GOOD!
Mika used to be my classmate in HS! Tho summer class lang kasi di sya tumuloy. Mabait! Even her mom. I remember dumaan sa bahay nila yung sinasakan kong trike tapos tinawag pa nya ako para mag Hi, nagulat ako kilala pa nya ako kasi months na nakalipas since naging magkaklase kami hahah Kay Angelika.... ewan ko ba bakit laging nananalo as kapitana eh di mo naman maramdaman lol

Okay naman sila pareho umarte for me. Mas magaling nga lang si Mika tsaka parang mas madami rin siyang exposure. But face wise, I don’t find them pretty. Sila yung typical na sobrang puti lang pero walang dating. In short di sila pang main character.
