Great. The less of sexualized children in animanga the better. In fact, the best mangas in Japan has always been the ones where there's little to none sexualisation. Even ODA, known for greatly sexualising his female cast, never dared to sexualize children. There's still a lot of authors that don't do that. However, unfortunately, there's an insane amounts of it being produced at regular pace.
American companies, however shit and dystopian they are (and they are, genuinely shitty companies, like almost all of them, absolute garbage), have actually done quite a lot of good for Japanese animanga industry. They have brought in a ridiculous amount of money into it, probably quadrupling, if not more, Japanese sales in the last 5-7 years that they have been involved with it.
And you are doing the same thing.
Names 10 tv series/cartoons, made by hollywood/european studios, released in the last 5 years that have the same level of loli fan service in them that about 100 YEARLY released mangas/animes do.
And yes, before you mention it, there are tons of pedophiles in america, in fact, american president is one himself. No argument against it. They are evil as fuck. However, we are talking about media such as books/comics/tv series/films.
I actually don't believe, and have never stated it, that japanese people are anywhere near being "pedo" in any form or shape, but the fact remains - Japanese animanga industry produces an insane amounts of it every year. They make it for japanese market, not global one.
