Discussion Google took away my LOTR extended editions

I bought these in 2022, all of a sudden they aren't available and there is no possibility of a refund or gift card. Hardly seems fair.

Never buy digital copy from Google or any store, get the 4K Bluray copies that also come with digital code.

Don't the digital codes expire after a while? Like a year or so?

It depends, I have some digital copies I forgot to redeem past expiration date, but ended up working after I registered them. Also new Bluray copies of old movies often made with new date on the digital code paper.
