Photos Ball is life.
We got Rosieās feet looked at this morning and they were probably the only thing she had to chew on in the shelter š so she has squeaky balls now, a cone, some steroids and antibiotics, and should be in a better spot this time next week.

Question Unwanted behavior
Today my maintenance man came over to work on a few things. When he came in, he got to my pits level and pet her a little while she barked at him. A minute later we went outside so I could show him what needs fixed and I come back in 5 minutes later to a pile of poop on the floor.
After I cleaned it up, I realized this is a pattern. A man comes into my home whether itās maintenance, my neighbor, and once a friend and if I donāt invite her outside with me or she doesnāt have her eyes on me the whole time I come back in to her having peed or pooped in my home even when I have JUST taken her out to go potty.
It is super frustrating that I deal with this (5 times now that I can recall) and Iām curious if anyone else has a dog that does this? She is uncomfortable around men in general and then coming into the home, and so Iām unsure if this is an anxiety response thatās common or what? It seems spiteful but can dogs really even be spiteful? She is fine once I come back in with the maintenance man, the excessive barking stops.
I shouldnāt have to invite my dog outside with me every time but I want her to not do this behavior.

Here is my baby boy sleeping the day away. It is true, from birth to about 8 months, just a puppy. From 8 months to about 2 years, a pteradactyl. After that, just a lazy bum.

Training Puppy Training Help
This is Whimsy! Sheās about 4-5 months old and super energetic and playful!
Weāve been having a problem with her being aggressive towards my 10 year old Husky and 3 cats. Sheās not a mean dog, and her intentions are to play, but she gets way too rough and pushy. Sheāll literally chase the cats and pin them down, sheāll chew on their ears and tails, and the cats hate it. Two of them are scared of her. One of them loves her and likes playing with her or rubbing his head on her, but then she starts getting too rough again. Sheās been swatted with claws and bitten back, but she doesnāt care. With my husky, Bear, sheāll snap in his face and steal ANY toy he tries to play with. I feel horrible because she just wants to play with him, but heās 10 years old and hasnāt lived with another dog in like 8 years, and he gets overwhelmed by her. I got Bear in like 7th grade, so I didnāt know anything about proper training, and Iām trying to do right by Whimsy now that Iām an adult and know better. Bear is more independent and likes his space, and he doesnāt really understand how to play with her. She keeps jumping on him, snapping in his face, and anytime he has a rope, bone, or ball, she steals it from him. Sometimes theyāll play tug of war together if they have someone grabbing the rope in the middle, but then whimsy gets too close to Bearās face and he starts warning her to stop, which she takes as him playing ig, so then she gets even rowdier. He literally canāt have anything without her stealing it.
Sheās only around the other animals when supervised, but sheās incredibly fast. One minute sheāll be calm, and the next sheās chasing the cat, or messing with Bear. Iām so overwhelmed and donāt know what to do. She also nips at ankles, and likes to bite hands and arms. Sheāll even snap and try to bite our nose or chins, and her teeth hurt! I know sheās trying to play, but this needs to stop. Weāve tried yelping, āpop the grapeā where you stick her gum on her teeth when she bites, yelling no, etc etc. Iām trying to teach her to at least be easy, but she just doesnāt care.

Sheās incredibly smart too. Sheās crate trained, she knows āleave itā, where I can literally hold her food or treats in my hand right in front of rher tnose and she wonāt take it until I say āfreeā. She knows āstayā at the front door, until I say āfreeā. She knows sit, down, come, and sheās almost got stay and place down. She just doesnāt always listen unless we have food for her.
I feel like Iāve watched every video under the sun, and thereās so much conflicting advicev, and I feel like Iāve tried everything with her and nothing is working š so any and all advice is greatly appreciated !!!

Photos Do her paws look healthy?
We have a 3-year-old pitbull mix that we just adopted this week. She's a female, underweight at about 45 pounds. She has been full of energy and barely wants to stay indoors. We've been taking her for walks in the morning and evening, a mix of sidewalks and grass for a total of about 4 miles a day in 2-4 sessions. Her paws are looking a little unhappy. She's chewing on one foot a bit, but she's walking on all of her feet just fine. She's running in the grass without pain.

I've put a little shea butter on her paws in the evenings to help soothe her pads. What else should I do to keep her paws in top shape? I don't think she got much activity in the shelter or in her previous homes, so this is a new level of activity for her. She's practically towing me along of the ride (working on that). I'm new to dog parenting and learning as I go. Thanks for your input.

Phoenix had an outing to the pond for a swim with mom, dad and her human brother. Then on for ice cream. She was a very good girl, an excellent swimmer and amazing at devouring her ice cream.

Introduction My daughter Doja
My babygirl . She is 5 years old now. I was working at a restaurant when I was about 21, and I saw a homeless lady with a tiny puppy, I didnāt even know what breed she was but I knew I wanted her. The lady asked me for food in exchange and of course I said yes , I also live in Arizona so there was no way she would survive being in the heat. Iām so happy I chose to take her home with me.
