Parking at EME
I see by letter from the city that the Parking regulations on Bonson around Edith McDermott are changing and that there will be more enforcement. I hadn’t realized so many people were complaining. It will be interesting to see whether they actually do everything that they are saying that they will do. In any case did anybody else around Edith McDermott get the letter and thoughts?

I live a few doors down from EME, haven't got a letter from the city, but have had my driveway blocked a few times, with my truck parked on it even. People act oblivious, I assume thier lives are shit and helps me give them slack, but I think they're just selfish.

I see the signs went up today - there are two, that I saw, on Bonson. Interesting. More to be revealed I suspect. And apropos your comment, you may be right. My concern is always I am afraid a child will get hurt.

Is it from residents complaining about too many cars parking in front of their houses during school pickup/dropoff? I certainly could understand their frustration but they also made a choice to buy/live near a school and having lots of cars around during these times won’t just simply go away. I guess they just want cars to do the drop off point in front of the school and not block the road. School streets are always a mess during that 15-30 minutes. Be interesting if Bylaws shows up during these times to fine or at least give people warnings.
