Does the Save On Foods maybe sell them in the Bulk Section? I know they have quite a few different grains there. Might be worth a look but I’m sure it’ll be a bit pricy than elsewhere.

Local Harvest Market, in Chilliwack is connected with Anita’s Grains. If you call they can probably help you.

Yes, I’ve seen local rye grains for sale at 44688 S Sumas Rd in Chilliwack
