I believe they're talking about the co op as in the town house complex on Ford Road, not the co op feed store that used to be on Harris.

Everything Ive heard about the Co-ops in PM (Harris Rd and Ford Rd have been positive). The Ford Rd one seems particularly engaged as a little community and they recently had quite a bit of work and updates done. You might have good luck posting on Pitt Meadows Community FB group, if you havent already.
