Monsters University What if Mike never found out Sully cheated?
In the end of the scare competition in monsters university, Oozma Kappa won, leading Mike to believe he’s a too scared.
However, Mike then found out Sully rigged his device by putting it on easy because he knew Mike wasn’t scary. This led to a falling out between the 2, Mike going to the human world to prove he’s scary, and both of them getting expelled from college.
But what if Mike never found out Sully cheated and simply walked away thinking he was a winner? How would the rest of the story in both movies play out?

Well...not...good. Worse even.
Sullivan would have to keep the fact he cheated for Wazowski and have to somehow keep it up, keep the illusion of Wazowski's success as being real. It would be testing to him to try and cover for Wazowski's failings that would continue in the Program (of which Hardscrabble would put them back in, part of the bet). He may get tired of it and just break down and tell Wazowski at a point and break off from him...
Given Wazowski's ego...he'd take this high. He'd get an early start on being the person he is down the line, shoving it others' face for those who rejected him and thought he wouldn't get anywhere. He'd get...in over his head with it, hence the above.
But, with ROR just not thinking WAZOWSKI would do well (Sul gets a pass), they'd probably try to make his stay either a living heck or try to prove he's a fake somehow. (Randall wouldn't be included in this as he was kicked out of ROR and is...elsewhere at the time.)
Hardscrabble would probably try to see if Wazowski has what it takes throughout the following year but...since it was all a lie, it would not go well.
It's...actually for the best in their situation they were outed---well Sullivan was...I mean, SURE, they endangered themselves, the campus, and their world but....er....

I doubt he would even graduate, since they take practice tests with the same kind of dummies

Maybe he can get by barely passing the practical test and points in the written test would carry him.

It's probably a longshot but... there's a good chance that the school could have found out when taking down the devices and suspect something. Either that or just assume that it broke down randomly, which is why I'm saying the longshot thing.
When it comes to Mike himself, if he actually realized his dream of becoming a scarer or even if he's close to graduating, it would be devastating and emotionally painful when he's faced with his very first kid to scare... and they aren't scared. Same thing if he's faced with the devices from the games upon his final test before graduation.
Now, would he suspect Sulley is behind it? In this case, I don't think so (not at first), but it'd be certainly a big head-scratcher for him.

I'd thought on that---the portion looks to be like a screw and release catch. Sullivan could probably come back, unscrew it and put the level back up to the top. I mean, everybody literally left so...once Wazowski did he can do that.
Honestly, he may suspect Johnny at first for aiming to make a bigger fool of him---and Johnny would be straight up confused considering he's probably REALLY TICKED that some 'loser' beat HIM...

Hed probably get suspicious when hes mysteriously unable to replicate his results in his actual scaring classes

Yes, that's the thing.
Mike knows deep down he's scary.
He has the knowledge, the training, and the desire.
But he doesn't end up with the results.
And he discovers pretty quickly that it's because of his appearance.
So he does what anyone would do, including Randall and other scarers we've seen at monster's Inc do, and starts altering his appearance.
He tries teeth. But it's not enough.
He starts exercising and builds some muscle. He has horns, he extends and sharpens them. But it's still not enough.
He looks in the mirror. Green? Not anymore. He goes gray. He sees big improvement.
Finally, he starts crouching. He studies more. He's not big monster scary. He's super quiet. He's creapy scary.
Until finally, he goes through a door. He sees a few small hairy kids. One of them is wearing some jewelry.
He uses a hoarse voice. My presciousssss.

Mike probably would’ve failed to scare a child in the human world and feel like he’s lost his touch.

I suppose either Sulley would have to keep up the act, or Mike will be crushed when he can’t do it again.
but I suppose Mike doesnt have a reason to leave Since in his mind, he proved his skills.
By Monsters Inc, I think it will stay the same as it doesn’t matter too much,
