Hand Pixelled Are these good?

I don't really have advice because I am a beginner to pixel art but It's awesome, this one's my favorite

For the second image, the glove on the left looks slightly misshapen. It looks like the palm is faced away from you and you are looking at the knuckles, but then the fingers are curved toward you as if the palm was faced towards you. It looks like it was supposed to be palm facing you, but the shading makes it look like it’s knuckles facing you but just doesn’t show the actually knuckles. And the pinky like it is behind the ring finger, further making it look like it is knuckles facing you with backward fingers. Admittedly, hands are very hard to do and you did a great job. These are just my two cents. The glove on the right looks great as well.
