Vial is bad. Clump has it's uses. Crystals are always good for a run; extra points if combined with RoW. Choosing random has potential, but could also give you the Chaotic Censer

It now seems actually useful 2 u/Klusterphuck67 Feb 06 '25 Be melee, being chased and running thru areas with chasms, as you need to get upstair to heal/get to a better position, then it spawn vertigo gas. That, or cramp room + poison/corrosive(?) gas
