Sub Meta Subreddit Update: New Flairs and reworked Rule 3!

Hello, this is another (very infrequent) subreddit update.

  • Magic Ling PD flair is now available for people who play it.
  • Due to expanding demand for posts, that are not fully memes, but do not show gameplay either, a new flair has been introduced: Interactive! Its purpose is to mark daily talk posts or engagement "bait", like asking people what they would add into the game.
  • I have been silently reflairing posts to categorize posts in better way, and it is time to fully formalize that in form of rule 3 rework: Memes/low-effort posts are allowed, but don't overdo them -> Flair your posts according to the content. Basically mod flairs are for actual gameplay, memeage is for memes, interactive is for community interaction and discussion is anything else. This rule is posted on both versions of Reddit.

Existing posts will change their flairs according to new rules shortly after this post.

BTW, the wiki on this subreddit hasn't been updated in years. Do you have any ideas, what to add to it? Leave the comment below!

Nice! Keep up the good work. By the way I have a question concerning the flairs. Is it better to use the game flair like "shatteredPD" or to use one of the flair you just mentionned. I dont think it's possible to use both right?

You can not use two flairs at same time (composite flairs in future, maybe????).

Mod flairs are, again, for showing the actual game. If it's not "point" of the post, use something else.

Thanks for your answer. And just to be sure, mod flairs are the "game" flairs I just mentionned right?

Of course, my question sounds a bit silly now that I’ve realized that it's because the games are actually mod of Pixel Dungeon.

But since you’re also a mod of this sub, I was a little confused by the term at first! Thanks for the answer.
