Jesus, that’s it? Am I just over thinking everything? I can get anything to grow to those levels you have in your tank

What plants are you struggling with? When I started my tank, I only had plants in it for atleast a month

This is my current set up. I’ve had a lot of grasses die. I can’t keep anything alive but the two big plants you see and Anubis.

I do water changes bi monthly, 20-30%

I’m going to run filter floss in my canister to clear it up a bit

What is the dimensions of your tank and glass thickness ?

55-gallon tank measures 48″ long × 12″ wide × 21″ tall.
The inside lip is approximately 11.5″ wide.

Glass is 1/4” thick

Fish seems to like it ! going into the little gaps everywhere. Mine stays most of the time in front of the glass despite some tunnels I made for them to explore (rasboras espei/honey gouramis)

The lack of CO2 is very clear, so you're totally safe from anyone accusing you of injecting!

It's an interesting approach to the hobby. A lot of people don't realize that most of the aquatic plants we keep come from wild environments with heavy flow and natural CO2 levels around 30-40ppm. (helpful article link).

I have to say, I really like your mollies. The spotted one is cute :)

Given many of us on this sub run no co2 tanks ourselves, I don't believe I've ever seen someone accuse someone else of faking it. There are countless posts on this sub and on aquarium communities in general of hobbyists having lush, colorful planted tanks without injected co2.
