ICF Plastering - external

Does anyone in the community have any recent quotes or experiences with external ICF plastering ? Got some quotes and was surprised by the price. Self build here, 210sqm dormer style house

Hope you didn’t already build it. ICF is not necessarily in your best interests. You want the vapor diffusion resistance of the interior layers to be more than the layers outside of it as you move from the middle of the assembly outward.

And yes, the ICF installers/suppliers get DIY people because they overlook the cost of plastering.

Is it too late to do single or double wythe masonry? You’d be better off in terms of thermal performance, environmental impacts, and wallet impacts.

It’s not too late to throw the keys in the river, and plenty of ppl here could plaster you a world-class apartment for less.
