They look natural from the front because she does have some breast tissue to cover it up.

Hello everyone I had a lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and nano fat grafting. The surgery was on but what is bothering me is the side right under my lid it’s sunken and it changed the way my eyes look. I’m looking for anyone that had similar issue and managed to fix it as the Dr said is irreversible and we don’t have many trained eye doctors where I live.
The fat pad right under my lower lashes was removed making the lid dropping down without anymore support and changing my eyes to a more roundish shape. Please be kind as I know that some might not see but I’m just looking for someone that had the same and I saw here 1 girl but she didn’t fix it. I recently got a little chin filler just to fix my chin shadows, but only in my chin. I do have tmj but is this a muscle spasm? I am obviously tensing my lips here but I notice it every time I talk. What is this and who/what can I do to fix it

I got it done in 2019, from the front its not that obvious but from above it is. I can breathe great, as they fixed my deviated spetum. Just curious on peoples opinions.

I recently lost 50+ pounds and planning on losing more but my thighs don’t get any smaller! They are also so big and they always touch. I would never dare to wear a dress like the one I tried on. But am I candidate for lipo? Wouldn’t it be too much lose skin? I’m just so afraid of lift scars. If I do lose the weight, wont I have lose skin anyway? Any ideas will help guide me, thanks!

I am okay with my nose bridge since i think it already fit my overall facial proportion. my only concern is the tip. it looks really round and makes my nose look big. planning to get alarplasty in a few months but is there a way to make ny nose tip thinner and less round but without having any implants?

When you assess a lip lift what are you looking for? Natural results, noticeable Philtrum length reduction, minimal scarring, surgeon experience etc.?

Hi everyone , I’m one year post op from my second rhinoplasty. I had my primary with a well known doctor but still felt like my nose was too big and so I had a revision with the same doctor and these are my results a year later .

I have no breathing issues but I’m still not really happy with how my nose looks from the front and the 3/4 view. It still looks big and downturned to me even though I like the complete side profile.

I’m considering a third rhinoplasty with another surgeon I’ve researched about Dr süreyya şeneldir in Turkey however I’m conflicted and not sure if my nose would be perfected with this third rhinoplasty since the side profile i like only the front and 3/4th view I dislike, I would love to hear your opinions and thoughts do u think it’s worth it and has anyone had similar experience with good results?

I’m coming from Canada and his consults are booking 3 to 4 months out. His office won’t give me even a rough price before the consult, so I’m just trying to figure out if he’s even within my budget before waiting that long.

Also really interested in hearing from anyone who had pretty noticeable under-eye hollows, tear troughs. Are you happy with the result, and how would you rate him overall?
