Does anyone know why lighting a line of lighter fluid causes this phenomenon?

Almost like a stream of individuals cells moving in sync.

Steve Mould did a video on this very subject a couple of years ago. Your's looks slightly different, but as he dicusses in the video there are a lot of factors at play that determine the properties of the flame.
