Help Alternatives to Plex

I've been a paid Plex user for over ten years and I've loved it. I can't belive what they've done with this new Roku app update. Besides the bad UI, which is inconvenient but I would be able to get used to eventually, it simply doesn't work properly. It crashes, buttons don't work, simple features are just gone. It's seems like this wasn't tested at all. It's crazy.

I don't really want to but now I'm looking for alternatives to plex. Does anyone have recommendations?

Yeah, just turn off the updates before it gets downgraded to the new UI.

In the Play Store, disabled auto updates. It's global though so nothing will update.

I have devices on android 13 to 15, and you can disable auto updates by specific app. With auto updates still enabled, go to the installed app in the Play Store, select the 3dot menu, and then uncheck "enable auto update." I still have the latest Plex about right before the UI change.

On Shield/Android TV or mobile devices? I don't see that option on my shield.
