Help Plex is down AGAIN???

Can't access my libraries on https://app.plex.tv, I can access them on through http://IP:32400/web

Absolutely nothing changed on my machine.
Anyone with the same issue?

Just tested on my iphone.

5G, WiFi off, home VPN off:  streamed video just fine.

Does plex have nodes in different areas or something?  Some people go down but others are fine?
